One-Year Limited Warranty
Point Source Audio (PSA) products purchased in the U.S.A. are warranted for one year from date of purchase by Point Source Audio, Inc. to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. In event of such defect, product will be repaired without charge or, at our option, replaced with a new product of equal or superior value if delivered to PSA prepaid, together with the sales slip or other proof of purchase date. Prior approval from PSA is required for return. This warranty excludes defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use product in accordance with instructions. This warranty is void in the event of unauthorized repair or modification.

Warranty Repair Service
A Service Return Authorization (SRA) is required for product being returned for repair. You may download an SRA form now and email it to service@point-sourceaudio.com, or fax it to PSA Service Center at 415-520-2110. You will receive an authorization code to place on the original form which is to accompany the item being returned. Include a copy of your SRA complete with purchase information and the authorization code and send your product to:

Out-of-Warranty Repair Service
For products beyond the one-year limited warranty complete an SRA form and email it to
service@point-sourceaudio.com, or fax it to PSA Service Center at 415-520-2110. A service
representative will contact you regarding your repair.
