We are seeking a detail-driven, systems-minded Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, events, and lead workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes pride in clean systems, and enjoys seeing campaigns and events come together seamlessly. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure our CRM, events, and partner marketing efforts operate efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Own
Marketing Operations & Salesforce

- Own marketing operations workflows within Salesforce, including lead intake, routing, and database hygiene
- Maintain clean, accurate lead and contact records to support segmentation and reporting
- Support email campaign execution, including list segmentation, scheduling, and coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate lead handoff to the sales team
Events, Tradeshows & Webinars

- Coordinate logistics and execution for tradeshows and onsite events
- Support webinars and virtual events, including setup, coordination, and follow-up
- Manage marketing giveaways, including inventory tracking, storage, and fulfillment
Marketing Assets & Partner Support

- Organize, maintain, and distribute marketing assets to channel partners
- Support digital marketing initiatives including catalog updates, photography coordination, and social media assets
- Use Canva to produce and update light design assets such as event signage, social graphics, and partner materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with sales to support campaigns, event follow-up, and lead workflows
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep timelines, assets, and execution aligned
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience, with 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, or field marketing
- Hands-on experience working in Salesforce (required)
- Experience using Canva for marketing and event assets (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with minimal oversight
- Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Experience
- Industry knowledge of multimedia, audio-visual, or audio networks.
- Background in sales, marketing or management.
